Requirements for an existing Build franchise owner to get a second franchise (Build or Service):

Qualifications:

• Must have owned their franchise for a minimum of 2 years.
• Existing franchise’s account with PFM must be current with no payments overdue.

Requirements:

• Travel to PFM’s Tennessee headquarters to meet with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and present:
  • Updated financial reports for the existing franchise to show financial stability
  • A full business plan for the new franchise

If the ELT grants a new franchise, it will be governed by the then-current Franchise Agreement, with all the current terms, fees, etc.
